2. Digital Products & Sales

License

When you purchase a digital planner, goal tracker, or self-improvement product, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided, unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All digital products are the intellectual property of AnotherDay. You may not resell, share, or redistribute our files.

3. User Accounts & Community Conduct

You may post photos, videos, and text in groups. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant AnotherDay a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Site.

  • Spam or unauthorized advertising.

Moderation

5. Intellectual Property

The "AnotherDay" name, logo, blog articles, and original designs are the exclusive property of AnotherDay. Use of our brand assets without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site or delete your account at our sole discretion, especially in cases of breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

AnotherDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or the Site.
